The best answer is that there can't be a libertarian utopia because libertarians are, by definition, anti-utopian. They don't believe in a top-down, static model of a perfect society. They believe in allowing individuals to form voluntary groupings, which evolve based on people's changing choices and preferences.

Last I checked, it takes a state to nationalize an industry and redistribute wealth.
