I don't think kids are stuoid, but marvel is gonna have to step in front of this or kids will deal with it. Miles is currently the only spider without a self identifier. So when kids want something miles related, theyre either going to refer to him as spider man, or as kids do color code him into black spider man. Unless they plan on making his identity public, marvel is gonna have to give him a differential to define the two.

Article is false. Disney wanted 25% initially, Sony didn't respond at all, Disney upped it to 50% because Sony wanted Feige to stop everything and work on spiderman right away. Tom Holland's spiderman would never fit into the venom verse. Sony is just trying to save face. Marvel would still take 25% if Sony was patient and let Feige work at his own pace instead of rushing production to create a shytty Sony product.

Edit: Spiderman was slated for phase 5 when Peter was graduating. That's not for another 3 years. Sony just wants it their way instead of focusing on other spider verse products like Morbius and Venom 2.

Nah, Spiderman 3 was slated for phase 4, its summer every 2 years, the summer slot for films had nothing there in its comic con lineup, Feige mentioned 11 projects to a reporter after the show when there were only 10 up on the screen.

You forgot to add how much of a dumpster fire that would be.

It already was, just replace Kraven & Osbourne with Sandman & Green Goblin, Sony have no idea how to introduce these villains organically with some subtlety, Same reason ASM2 was a dumpster fire with Electro, Rhino & Green Goblin

Multiple Villains aren't the problem if you have a good story or if it's about 2. When you have 3 or more Villains than yes it gets all over the place like "Spidey 3", "TASM 2" and "Batman and Robin". Yes "Begins" and "Dark Knight" worked just fine with 2 Villains going after Bruce same with "Batman Returns". You can have multiple Villains going at Spidey in the "Sinister 6" movie or the Spidey V Venom spinoff with Carnage.
