Dumbasses standing there with nothing better to do. Not even paying attention considering the car circled the block. Feel bad for the female just walking by.

i feel sorry for her because she should be embarrassed by her reaction.
she was within striking distance of the gunman and car for a few seconds
& failed to take take advantage of her position, thus endangering all others
around her. or, if she was feeling really noble she could have covered the
window with her body acting as a shield for those holding down the block.

Once that Chrysler spun the block back twice atleast one person should’ve been on alert.

me and my boys would take turns under the manhole in the street.
if a suspicious car came by the dude would pop the cover and grab
onto the bottom of the car. with practice we could climb onto the side
of the car and get busy with it. in retrospect it wasn't the smartest way
to go about things and allot of young bucks got hurt or worse but that
was all we knew so that's how we got down.

They had all that surveillance of the car before the shooting, so catching whoever did it shouldn’t be a problem.

The cameras don’t stop on that corner where the shooting took place. If the police were really interested they could track that car all the way to wherever it ended up and have video and pictures of everyone getting out of it.

there’s def spots in Philly with no cameras but I doubt they are smart enough to execute that cleanly

and yes, best believe these cops want the arrest.

There was a huge shooting in that area back in February where around 6-7 (many senior citizens) people were hit. I'd never feel comfortable around Broad and Olney. Too much dumb shyt going on down there.

you really gonna tell me that they couldn't have bum rushed that shyt?
the dude who was eating could've at least thrown his food as a sign of disapproval.
if he hit the windshield it would obscure the driver's vision. the windows are already
mad tinted so now you are dealing with a blind opponent.

the chick who was right next to the very slowly moving car could easily have thrown
a sidekick from her position to disarm the gunman. simple decisions in the moment
are what save lives and make heroes out of everyday people. but i guess you aint built like that..
Its been nice having you back breh

theres a thin line between funny (which you usually are) and trying too hard to be funny.

I mean if we being realistic, you right. Like you said though, majority of people don't think this clearly or quickly when shyt hits the fan. That's just how it is sometimes tho
