i have seen them place bait cars on a strip.
since we actually used to be on the strip on the nine at stoney back in 96.
when, they were trying to make it so we could not be on the strip.

What's the point of these? No shyt you put a open car in a poor neighborhood it's going to get stolen. What are they accomplishing really? Don't they have murderers and rapist to catch.
