Dealing with co-worker you dont like

I would take his uniform and throw it on the floor when the cleaners would bring em in. I used to put dead roaches in his shoes or sandals sometimes pee in said shoes at the beginning of our shift so by the end of the day the dried up but smelled horrible. Hide his push up handles things. Spit in his water bottle. Mess up the package room he would organize. Write down he was late to work so the boss would question him. Wipe the the toielt with his shirt collar. And my personal favorite used information he told me about how he gets away with breaking rules to get him in trouble.







Some fukkshyt i know but trust me no one at the job liked buddy and would act super cocky about how good he was and talk down to everyone.

I remember working in a hotel years ago with this miserable, evil, conniving white bytch as my supervisor. She and her cohort Annabelle would constantly break the rules with no regard but constantly try to get the black employees fired for doing the same which they had some success unfortunately.

Then came my time for her to try to pick on me. She constantly spread rumors of not working thru so called jokes. "Where 4northside at?" "Oh he's sleep somewhere"

Another time I delivered towels to a room and came back to the back office. I overhear this dumbass exclaiming to everyone "how long does it take to deliver some towels!!!???" Stupid ass forgot their was a back door to the office so I just peeked out casually saying to her obviously not that long and she had that oh shyt expression all over her face trying to save grace by saying "I was just joking" with faked force laughter.

From that I decided to kill her self esteem thru passive aggressiveness. I would say hi to her in a cold monotonous depressive voice with a smile but made a point to become theatrical showing great excitement with fellow employees and guests in front of her.


She felt some type of way and would try to small talk me with open ended questions like "how's the family" and I reply back with one word answers in a cold callous tone like "good". She would nervously go on about her family and I would just stare at her like she was really stupid and reply back with short mmm's.

I got off seeing her dimishing self esteem, it was written all over her body when we crossed paths. This went on for a few weeks then I was finally called into the HR along with her. She bawled her eyes out with her grievances towards me.

And then?

I appeased her and the HR manager thru deception. I turned on the charm and took full responsibility for my actions of making her uncomfortable, said I would communicate my issues better instead of creating a hostile environment. We hugged and that was it.

I already made up my mind I'm quitting while saying all this bullshyt. I played it all cool for a couple days then no called no show to fukk them over on a sold out hotel night two days in a row and they were already short staffed.

They blew my phone up in anger.
