Dealing with pit stains...what do y'all do?

Technically you supposed to put antiperspirant on after showering and then going to bed it's supposed to soak in and protect you all day but nobody ever follows the directions and use it after showering and then going about their day.
I dont use antiperspirant anymore and just stick to aluminum free deoderant. You can cut down on the smell if you have problems with smell using aluminum free by applying glycolic acid to your armpits and letting it dry before applying. The whole point is to make your underarm pH neutral, sometimes deoderants will cause it to become acidic so you end up masking funk when bacteria starts growing.
The other thing is shaving your armpits will cut down on scent dramatically. The downside is that you'll be drenched in sweat beads because the hair isn't there to capture drips. I feel like the deoderant industry just marketed armpit sweat as the worst thing ever when it's normal, as long as you ain't funky it shouldn't matter.

Co-sign the whole antiperspirant thing too, which I mean you presume and not deodorant. I stopped wearing it due to crazy irritation and swelling I used to get. Not worn it for 10+ years.
Day to day, if I am going out I use Biosen (look for it on Google) as it is very gentle with no parades, aluminium, etc.
Also obviously good hygiene, ensure you’re scrubbing your armpits to remove old sweat and as someone has suggested, shave your pits.

Degree UltraClear Black&White. No pit stains
Make sure you use it more than once a day, deodorant wears off a lot faster than antiperspirant
