Clippers used up their Tax-Payer Mid Level Exception for Paul Pierce. Now that they're no longer in the tax, I assume that the Taxpayer MLE becomes a standard MLE, but $3.3M of it is still going to Pierce.

Even if they got a trade exception from the Mavs in a sign and trade, it'll be $11.4 million and it won't be enough to get Hibbert or even Nene..
