You are not factoring in the salary cap. Why would someone pay DJ $100 million to be a glorified Roy Hibbert in his prime

Replace Tristan with Deandre. How would the Cavs NOT perform better against Golden State?

Tristan isn't providing any offense either, and Deandre is actually a lot better at catching lobs and finishing around the rim. He opens the team up to Hack-a-Shaq tactics, but I'm not sure if Kerr is trying that in a Finals anyway. Tristan was essentially neutralized (and damn near eliminated in some games) by Zaza Pachulia, he's not doing that against Jordan.
