Yeah but late, tho. The issue right now with liberals is being willfully ignorant and judgemental, sure. However, this last week is (partially) proving most liberal citizens correct. Trump is not totally wrong, just mostly. The only word to discuss, IMO, is transparency. Us Libs are getting a lot and its hard for most. As an anarchist that votes liberal, it's definitely sad(to quote the POTUS).
Furthermore, this is no longer a political issue. The stuff in "OUR" streets is far beyond that. Hence, 2.5 minutes to midnight.

I get it. but the point is, this has ALWAYS been going on. Issues affecting us has always been going on. Why was it OK over the last 8 years for MANY( not all) to stop caring or stop worrying, but all of a sudden all those same things are important?
that's all it comes down to, the hypocrisy of it all.
no one in their right mind is saying everything Trump is saying and doing is OK, just saying that where was everyone else when Obama was doing and saying things that were not OK?

I hear you. You're correct. But this applies to lib identities. People decided to identify instead of activate. Trump won simply because libs only mobilize in a panic. With Obama there was little and biased coverage. Now liberals wanna rise. The other side is 'vigilant'. Always.
We on the same page. Liberals are embarrassed and in for 2 more years of loss, at least.
That is the problem with picking sides. (either side, doesn't matter). That is where that cognitive dissonance really shows.
I'm sure there were a lot of libs against Hillary and Obama, but refused to speak up for fear of looking bad by other dems.

I don't generally have a problem with those threads if they contribute something new each time, but if it's all the same poster every time saying the same shyt? And if that poster then proceeds to vigorously defend Trump whenever someone actually pushes back a little?

Heres the thing and why I PERSONALLY will never defend nor support a republican.
They are on the wrong side of history. PERIOD.
Universal health care, Marijuana legalization, abortion and womens rights in general, immigration, climate change, economically speaking (regulations), etc etc
They appeal to "the good old days" making America great "again".

It's not a coincidence that red states take more from the government than blue states. They're stuck in their ways and value the past too much. Coal is not coming back. Oil will and should be a thing of the past.
Trump was a desperate attempt by the right to stay relevant and in power. They're in the death throws and had to appeal to the lowest common denominator in people to win. Underlying hate, fear, and nationalism.
Democrats are nowhere near perfect and I will gladly shyt on them.
But if you're trying to tell me Hillary would've been worse than Don Cheeto you're out of your mind.
