can't get records that don't exist. There's still some places in Africa that don't really keep birth records like that. The records they do have could have been made up. It happens

That shyt is like baseball.. Dominican, Cubans, etc be 22 years old coming to the US claiming they are 16-18. Their their meal ticket to the pros. Africans probably doing the same thing.
