Reviews are uniformly more positive than the original. Can I play the sequel without playing a nano-second of the first? It looked boring as shyt to me. UPS driver simulaton type shyt. This appears to be more action based.
The game is still about delivering packages from the reviews.

This game is about delivering packages?:dahell:

I've experienced more action in the first four hours than I did in the first ten in the first game, but if someone didn't like the gameplay loop of the first, they likely won't like this. It's a bit more intense this time with the added weather hazards on top of the bandit camps, BT's & Timefall, but at it's core, delivery is still the objective.

The best part of the first game was when you got to the snow part and had to fight through the mountains and the snow storm. Sounds like that this game is that part, all the time now :wow:

A lot more oppourtunity for combat for sure.

I don't consider the porter titles as spoilers but I'll spoiler it out of courtesy

Your porter title reflects your style of play and delivery. I almost always prefer stealth over a shootout, and my title reflects that. I've seen other guys' out in the wild that play the polar opposite, and their title reflects that, too.

You're given the greenlight almost from the jump to go in guns blazing. A lot of early tools in the first few hours -- some new -- that it took a dozen hours to get in the first game. Kojima definitely wanted you to have fun with it this time. Add in the weather -- which affects you AND the enemies -- and yeah. It gets wild.
