So what are we doing with he 2 roster spots we have left? Anybody thinks Hunt makes the team? This would open a 2 way spot for Montero. Wouldn’t be supposed if Jeffries gets the last spot if we don’t go Melo.

I'm not opposed to Hunt getting a spot, but he'd be behind Cam on the depth chart and their style are similar. I also like the idea of having Montero under team control. Melo needs to be a mid season acquisition. Don't need the question of how is Obi getting minutes

Randle’s game is that of a power guard or a point forward he is naturally a high usage player. He draws the most defensive attention. The offense will be run through him.

Brunson is not that type of PG either.

You don't make the Brunson and Hart signings to let the offense run in a way to make literally everyone's game look worse to accommodate Julius' style of play. A style of play that he only dug into when he came to NY mind you. I'm not saying we'll never see Julius Randle ISO's... But pick and roll will be our bread and butter with Julius being the primary roller

Smart to front load it. Next years free agency class sucks, but this helps them if they wanna become players in the market again in the 2 years after.
