That mixtape was fuego but my Dblock release a plethora of heat last decade breh :wow:

True , but their mixtape discography suffice tho and keep it 100 after Murda Musik has any of there album been anything of quality like that ? Because I feel like ya using their discography from the 90s as ya final choice without including their whole discography from then to present , it isn't a coincidence they fell off in terms of relevancy in the 2000s while LOX maintained theirs

yeah i like all Mobb Deep releases except for Infamy.

The Bronx
Mobb Deep by the widest of possible margins.
@DMGAINGREEN a slug should crack your shin bone for this thread...the other shots should blast through your left clavicle for attempting to argue LOX w/in the thread.

I'm not even gonna tell you what I'm gonna do with your nose bone :sas2:

Had LOX been 4+ albums deep instead of two, I MAY have been inclined to pick them, but I can't. Mobb Deep by a pretty wide margin. LOX has 1 alright album, and 1 very good album. Mobb Deep has multiple very good albums, even stuff in their latter years (Free Agents, The Infamous Mobb Deep, Amerikaz Nightmare), and even Blood Money had a handful of dope tracks. Infamy was their only project that was flatout wack, and if you want to go solo, HNIC 3 and Bumpy Johnson EP sucked. Havoc has two good albums himself, and Prodigy has made consistently good music outside those albums/tapes I mentioned. Return Of The Mac and Albert Einstein were tough, and even that project with UN Pacino and Twin Gambino was pretty good.

I will say I've grown to appreciate LOX more recently than I did back then, but I've always been a fan of the individuals. Styles P is my fave out of all of them, and would have to say has a much better discography than Jadakiss. Sheek's After Taxes would be a top LOX solo album as well. Wish all three could get some solid production by some stand-alone productions and make magic.

Prodigy was far greater than any of them from 94-99.

I agree but people would have thrown Jada up against him for the sake of comparison. Styles has run away with the last ten years, not just his solo work but Styles has an assload of collabs and only the Tahiry joint was legit weak.

For real, SP had been my favorite LOX member since his debut dropped. For me, it went Sheek 97, Jadakiss 98-01, and SP 02-present

Lyrically you can give it the LOX but they can't go album for album with Mobb Deep. Not even solo albums.
