I remember being obsessed with Halo 1 and 2, but I was only able to really get into the campaign. I didn't have the $ (parents weren't about to let me spend my money on some Xbox Live connection) or the quality internet connection (grew up on dial up brehs) to ever get into the multiplayer. Do you guys think I would be able to appreciate this release or nah? I'm looking at gameplay footage now, and I'm not really feeling any of it. But I'd love to re-live the single player again... Just not sure I would be willing to sacrifice getting the "weaker" console for it.

Make sure you get the Kinect version of XB1. Pawn shops have them for $325 with a game and two controllers plus kinect.
