That nikka should've been fired yrs. ago (shyt, I still want a better HC). They've made the postseason the last 2 yrs. (I know, I know no postseason win since '90 I get that shyt ).
They've also drafted a helluva lot better especially with guys like A.J. Green and Geno Atkins (plus signing an undrafted gem in Vontaze Burfict).

So yeah, keeping him around has worked somewhat but they'll never go far with him. I'd hope I'm wrong but I'm not.
