To all my basketball brehs, I wanna hear about your workouts and what you do when you practice
Me personally 200 layups, 100 free throws , 3s until I make it around the arch (back and forth twice) . Do a point dribble course 10 times and then Practice college pull-ups until I'm tired
Take a break
Repeat .
Practice 3-5 times a week .
What do you guys do

you doing this to stay in shape or are you actually training for competitive play? If its the latter then, yeah, quality over quantity breh.
I gotta start doing this
I would like to give you a few tweaks if you don't mind. You didn't really go in depth about how you go about your routine so if you already do what I am about to suggest then, good. I hope you aren't doing 200 regular lay-ups back to back and then going on to 100 free throws back to back. If you are then you should consider switching it up to something like 10(5 each side) layups at full speed from beyond the arch then 2-5 free throws. 10 full court layups full speed no more than 3 dribbles...2-5 free throws. shyt like that.
And just keep challenging yourself and varying drills.
I used to hate it and just go half speed and not really work at it, until I missed a free throw at the end of a game cause I was tired as shyt which would've put us up by 2
lol that hurt me
And if I'm on the court by myself with nobody else around, I practice shooting threes, pullup jump shots, free throws, and random ass left hand (I'm a righty) hook shots, floaters, and layups.

it's harder than it looks
