I lifted and than went to play ball for Cardio

My Shot turned into Brandon Jennings, I was pushing the ball with arms ... My Arms were dead, no rotation :damn:

Gonna go back tomorrow and try again, I assume your body just gets used to it.

Just pickup games. Try to play 3 times per week.

Gym 5 times per week. 2 of them are leg days, focused in jumps.
