Yes. You can get a combination of procedures though so you could have that and any number of things. Fat transfer is permanent if the procedure is done correctly. It is literally taking fat cells from one part of the body and putting it in another. As long as the cells live they function normally. Also only a certain type of fat can be transferred. Sculpting is fat transfer where they make it look natural by spreading it out. That is why people like the DR, Columbia etc. In the USA they just stick it in the butt and call it a day. In the Hispanic countries they "sculpt" it to make it look natural. BTW Chyna got butt shots. A crazy looking tranny does hers.
True the thing is if you get a US doctor or Mexican doctor who were actually trained on true sculpting you are fine. It is the dudes who don't know how to sculp that you have to worry about. All jokers have to do is get on make me heal or any one of those other websites and they can find who the best doctors are. Fat transfer is good as long as you don't do a lot of cardio and lose weight. You can burn the fat off doing a lot of cardio and if you go on a lot of dieting you can lose it too. When they lipo the areas where they took away fat will not go there again. But when you lose weight you will lose weight at the spots where they sent the fat graf (hips and ass) to.
