Yeah. I used to talk to a girl (this year and last) who just got through a divorce cause her ex-husband got caught fukking a high schooler at the school he worked at. He only got like 15 months and did like 10. He got such little time for two reasons. One the girl was 16 and they got caught in MD which has a legal age of consent of 16. However the school he worked at and she attended was in DC with aoc of 18. The girl also lived in MD and lied about her residence to attend the DC school. His lawyers of course were trying to get the case transferred to MD jurisdiction where he'd just get a misdemeanor delinquency of minor charge or some shyt.
The second reason he got such a light sentence is because it came out she was a prostitute and had other even younger girls working for her so she got charges for that. She admitted to targeting the guy because he seemed like the nerdy and inexperienced type.
