:mjlol: at real life being the exact opposite of this post with Brady team saying he will except a suspension for not cooperating with the investigation aka I will take the suspension but you can't say it was for deflating footballs.

The league would be happy with one game, or maybe even zero games if Brady/The Patriots admitted they bent the rules. But they chose to go to their grave saying "nobody did anything wrong, Deflator means the guys losing weight, we fired our ball boys becuz the NFL told us to...even tho they did nothing wrong cuz all footballs lose air on 40 degree days (thats why we never play football in the cold right? :dwillhuh:)".

This is all about protecting Brady's honor over some trivial shyt...that he's guilty of.
The fact that you typed up any of this nonsense is why I now feel the Saints fans on Bountygate. People will just read the NFL headlines and none of the fact. THE ENTIRE JOURNALISTIC WORLD AND LEGAL COMMUNITY ASIDE FROM LIKE 2 ESPN HACKS have since taken the Patriots side and you're still running with this nonsense?

THE fukkING JUDGE IN NEW YORK, WHERE FROM 2006 TO 2012 ONLY TWO.......TWO.....TWO ARBITRATION RESULTS HAVE BEEN OVERTURNED IS RIPPING APART GOODELL.....and somehow you are claiming Brady is guilty?

Like the only reason reasonable people have stopped posting on here is because it's infuriating talking to cats like you. What is Tom Brady guilty of, tell me. The Judge today straight up said Goodell took "QUANTUM LEAP" do you now how shytty your case has to be for a judge to do that.

even tho they did nothing wrong cuz all footballs lose air on 40 degree days (thats why we never play football in the cold right? :dwillhuh:)".
Um.....yes all football lose air pressure when switched to different temperatures. Are sitting here trying to refute the ideal gas LAW? The Patriots ball boys are suspended, not fired, because the NFL said they should be, what the fukk does that prove? This is why lawyers struggle with cases even when we know we have the strongest argument, you know your jury just won't be smart enough to understand.

from Boomer Esiason this morning fwiw:

As we await the decision, Boomer Esiason this AM let 2 remarkable things drop based on what he claimed were numerous conversations with NFL coaches and front office people who he declined to name.

1. Sean Payton got a year for not knowing about Bountygate. EVERYONE is very upset that a total control freak like Bellicheat is being totally exonerated and not punished. If this was going on, how could Bellicheat or Ernie Adams not know? Defies belief. Also, is Brady not overjoyed about taking the fall for things he may have known about but wasn't really party to? But once you get on the Bellicheat rollercoaster there isn't an exit until he cuts you.

2. Several coaches have told Esiason privately that when playing the Pats, punters have noticed that rather than getting the K ball they themselves prepped, suddenly they found themselves stuck using an underinflated ball. You only know it when you get the ball snapped to you, so there really is no way to complain. Such a ball is going to go 15 or even 20 yards shorter than a fully-inflated K ball. Also, been known for years Pats play with the headsets of visiting teams forever; who knows if they are even listening? Over the course of a game, big difference in field position is gonna make a serious difference.

since 2000, punters have a gross punting average of 25.1 yds against the Patriots, 44.7 yds against the rest of the league. In that same time frame, Patriots punters have a gross average of 43.4.
