A Cameroonian Surgeon who went to UNC medical program helped white nationalist Kenny Xu to take down the diversity and inclusion program at UNC chapell hill. Right wingers are using immigrant groups to attack black american diversity programs.

The other day in new york, the Asian version of daughters of the confederacy basically took control of a school board. They made arguements that children shouldnt learn critical race theory.





Damn, the immigrant groups in states like Calironia and New York are turning those places into right wing hotspots.

This was happening with or w/o immigrant groups. White folks was only gonna let DEI go on for so long. They eventually were gonna complain about seeing results and strategic benefits and the first sliver they were 86ing it. If they didn’t see any they weren’t gonna outright cut it but they would’ve cut its budget to the bare bones minimum. The people who really were trying to get change in organizations were battling out here. The ones who saw a come up were selling books and going on $25k speaking tours continuing their grift. I saw all sides of it when I was in that field for 2 years. Made me realize that some folks bank off “isms” and dysfunction and low key hope it keeps going in order to fill their coffers (whether that’s their bank accounts or DEI budget).

What is the actual quantitative benefit of Affirmative Action? For Black American because especially in medicine, most Black doctors I know are not African American and few in number relative to other physicians. The institutions that have always produced Black physicians continue to but there are fewer Black men in medical schools today than decades ago and there are more medical schools.

I’m not sure what PLACE is but the NYC council is the group that runs education policies along with the teachers Union. Last time I check out of the 51 council seats it’s 45-6 democrats to republican’s.

Also these Asians have been bytching about this for awhile here but they don’t really have the political power to do anything. Yet these Asians are never found during a Brooklyn tech or Stuyvesant cheating scandal

For Black American because especially in medicine, most Black doctors I know are not African American and few in number relative to other physicians. The institutions that have always produced Black physicians continue to but there are few Black men in medical schools today than decades ago and there are more medical schools.

Most black doctors I know are african american. Where are you from?

I highly doubt it. They got their own enclaves and they arriving here in record numbers. All immigrant groups combined now make up around 30% of America, with latinos being around 20% alone.

Affirmative Action mostly favors the following groups in order:
1) White women
2) Minority women of all races
4) African and Carribean immigrants or children of immigrants
5) black Americans

Because these same asians that are against these programs when they apply to the school down the line may not even get in... because they will still be a minority but there wont be an DEI program to consider them... KWIM??? White folks still in charge of these schools...
