Not saying thats the case here but It's always weird but some of these rich fools be quick to marry people they just met. Like they'll date someone for a year (sometimes less) and be ready to walk down the aisle.
Even among people who arent rich too, tho. I dont know if this mostly happens in the U.S. or and certain European cultures but it's not the norm in a lot of other places like South America an Caribbean.

I blame the fact that, here, divorce is always an option so people get married knowing they can get out of it at anytime. Like especially white men: I meet a lot of white men who have been through MANY divorces. Most other societies SHAME people that get divorces so much that married couples will try everything before they divorce. That includes making sure to really know eachother well BEFORE marriage . Divorce has more of a stigma attached to it in other cultures.
Here we have "divorces parties" and cecebrate the sh!t . I cant front I been to one and had quite a good time
I personally wouldnt marry someone i havent known for at least 4 years, period.
