D.Sanders has always been one of my favorite athletes. I remember when my Detroit Lions wanted him to come in for a pre-draft visit in 1989...he told them NO....and not to draft him because he was going to ask for so much money they would have to put him om "lay away". They drafted Barry Sanders instead. That worked out.
