In the documents a parent said:
-The Spanish teachers didn't know Spanish.
-There were no books or computers to take home.
-No homework.
-No school on Fridays for the athletes traveling to games.
-Fathers kept showing up in the classrooms to hit kids.
-Students bullied other students.
-Deion reportedly bullied and choked kids and pushed them up against the wall.

I also heard that the curriculum was purchased from the internet. The Al Jazeera story said that the average teacher at Prime Prep only had 4 months of experience. On top of that the kids are low-income, and athletes. Sounds like a recipe for disaster to me.
The coli militants think this is a good school that prepares you for the real world

If you don't know the history of Brett Shipp and his racist agenda against Black people in DFW. Then you really shouldn't be commenting in this thread.

But DFW brehs have to keep it real.

There are a lot of jealous nikkas and c00ns that feed Brett Shipp information over some envy shyt.

nikkas in DFW stay snitching on each other over some jealously envy shyt.

That's why I think the Black Community in Dallas is a joke full of fake uppity keepin up with the Jones Negros.
Tell me more breh

Yup, it was buried in one of the many documents in the Al Jazeera story. It won't let me quote but I will try to type what I read. They don't want to identify the parent or the kids so when I type (blank) that means identifying info was removed but this parent seems to have had two sons at the school.

http://america.aljazeera.com/watch/...rticles/2014/8/8/prime-prep-deionsanders.html

My (blank) have (blank) of (blank) at that very school located off of Ann Arbor as well as witnessing other (blank) being beaten by disgruntled fathers walking into the classroom to 'rough up their (blank).
Deion Sanders has been very abusive to my (blank) and verbally abusive to other student athletes in my presence as well as in the presence of staff and teachers inside that school! At any complaint my (blank) voiced(s) about the poor quality of education or the environment there, he has commenced to choking them up against the walls and beating them in various areas at the school. No staff or half witted adult there found it in their duty to step in. Because of his influence he has had over other 'dads' they often assisted Deion in removing my (blank) from their classrooms and ushered them to Deion and stood watch while he abused my (blank)

This parent doesn't mention removing his/her sons from the school.

:ohhh: I knew Southlake Carroll was rich folk, but I always assumed Allen was more middle class.

Southlake has always been good. They were just a small town until the late 90s. They won a lot of titles in 2A and 3A in the late 80s and early 90s. Then they spent like 2 years in 4A and got up to 5A with the quickness. They were trying to get Westlake and Colleyville too, but Keller and Grapevine school districts got them. A lot of good D-I players coming out of Colleyville Heritage and Keller Central where those kids go. The rest of the state dodged a bullet on all those rich kids getting together at Southlake :whew:. Euless Trinity gets some of those Colleyville kids too. Colleyville is the only thing between Southlake and Euless Trinity's attendance zones. If Heritage didn't exist, you might get some Tongans ending up on Southlake instead of Heritage :ohlawd:. So that's where you get a lot of the Southlake being dirty accusations. Those attendance zones between them, Colleyville/Grapevine, Euless Trinity, North Richland Hills and Keller Central are all right there together. Could easily slide a kid or two onto your team. But I think Southlake has been pretty clean.

I don't know if I would call Allen rich. West of 75 its all upper middle class. Nice big subdivisions. Houses starting in the 300s. East of 75, they have some regular folks, but then that gives way to some straight up mansions and upper middle middle class houses as you get closer to Parker and Lovejoy. But what they have is that one big ass high school in the whole town. Its different from Southlake because its about twice as big. Like 5,000 kids there. And 95% of them grew up playing together. Plus they get all the athletes in Allen and some from Plano, McKinney and even Frisco that are in their attendance zone. Plano schools are just as big, but they have multiple feeder high schools and junior highs. Most kids didn't play together until 9th grade. Then when they get to high school their schools are only 11th and 12th grade. Allen is the perfect storm that high school coaches want. I know this because the Allen coaching staff is from my high school coaching staff at Garland. They were open about that being the best job even though Allen was bad at the time.

Garland(as a city) fell off so hard man. As did Mesquite.
It's really sad.

@rantanamo - was there a bball coach Chris Johnson @ Garland when you went there?
