it's cause every verse he ever spit is off the top of the dome... real talk
he had an interview in the source back in the 90s and they asked him why he raps like that... he said he writes a few lines about what the song is about.. then freestyles the whole verse...
that's also why his ad libs never match up.. cause he don't remember what he said the first time
which when you think about it.. how many rappers you know could make a career off freestyling
listening to this tho... it's clear he wrote it... probably his best verse EVER

Pretty decent song...Silk the shocker was my favorite rapper for a while.... I used to get high to "Charge it to the Game" and Mystikals "Unpredictable" album every day after school.
