Wonder what the details are on what happened. Read a rumor that involved R Truth but I'm not sure I believe it.
Dude should have known better, though. At a time when Vince is looking to trim fat,
you should be walking on eggshells backstage and doing everything you can to tow the company line and keep a low profile.
Doubt he would have been outright let go if it wasn't for the budget cuts. He just gave them an out to get rid of his contract.

That's possible and given the morale reports backstage, I can't say I blame him.

Marty Janetty. And they said they severed ties with him. Apparently he did some wild ass shyt and THEN got caught red handed with drugs. Its a shame because I used to know Marty back in FL during college, I actually got to watch a PPV with him at Hooters. He's a cool guy.... just... has his issues.
