Like I said, the system is not perfect. All I have been saying in this thread is, as a man, if you don't want to pay child support, you have some pretty easy, simple choices to make. Like with your example of a woman living completely off the govt................................................................................................ why would a man associate with, let alone SLEEP WITH, let alone NUT INSIDE such a woman? You are right that the courts are not fair to the man, but the man was not fair to himself.

And like I said before, even with the child support thing, I'm not buying that men get it worse financially. Which is more expensive.... a $400/mo CS payment, or raising a child, even with that money? If you think you can raise a kid on less than $400/mo I have a bridge to sell you.

The same amount of responsibility as dudes have. Maybe more, since they are probably going to end up with custody of the child, which for someone who wasn't planning to have a kid is easily the losing end of the bargain materially.

That would actually amount to a shyt load of money. Do you have any idea how much licensed full time child care costs?
Think of a preschool age child. Not in school yet. Even at 2$ an hour (nowhere near minimum wage)that's 336 a week. Take the non custodial parents half that's almost 170. ×4. That's 680 a month.
Assume the custodial parent needs a 2 bedroom for the child to have its own room. Maybe the difference between a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom (cause the custodial parent would need to pay rent with or without baby) is 150 a month. Half of that is 75.
Food for the child? Let's be conservative and say 200 for the whole month and that includes 3 meals and snacks. Half of that is 100. (And formula is expensive as shyt btw.

Clothes? Pampers? Medical care? Medicine/vitamins?
I didn't even add any of those.

I know one brother upthread said he pays 9 something a month but trust me when I say most men you know are not paying almost 900 a month in cs for one kid.

The existing formula at least takes into account what the mother earns and if she's unemployed they will impute a minimum wage income for her.

in preschool age, the kids costs a ton of money. but guess what. if the mother is super broke. odds are she's either not working or not making much and therefore gets childcare help thru the state. and whatever is left over should be split between moms and pops. but again we all know preschool age is the worse as far as how expensive it is. thats why i said older than that because that time only last up until like 5. then your kid can go to a nice public school at least up until 1:30 to 2:30 or so.
now if you have to kick in for after school care. thats fine. split that. until the mama gets off work(if she's working).

and for broke dudes that will be too much. and then guess what should happen? he should get money/help from the state to pay the remaining balance up to the point of his half. you see how that works?

but regardless. they need a card like this and rent vouchers. to stop the bs. that aint your money ladies. its your kids. period. if you have a super stand up dude that is balling like that and he wants to hook you up, get your nails/hair done. vacation. thats fine. thats on him. but that should not happen thru regular child support like we know it currently is happening now.

I dont know where you are getting your data, but 1 I didn't imply men are 100% at fault for anything and 2 the data doesnt line up with your line of thought. For starters most child custody cases are not even decided by courts And of those decided outside of courts more than half result in the mom and dad agreeing to give the mom custody In fact of all custody cases only 4% go to court, and 1% actually go all the way

Agree to disagree. Private school tuition alone can run you $20k + PER YEAR! Not to mention when you live in more expensive areas, shyt is generally more expensive. So if you're living in the most exclusive neighborhood in your town, you can't really expect your child to live on the same amount a woman living in the projects gets

I disagree, my ten yr old should be less. No childcare other than camp during the summer. No pampers, special food, or additional healthcare needs. The older children get the less the child is dependent on you. Only thing expensive about my daughter is the cell phone she wants or trip she wants to go on. I don't get reimbursed for any trip money I give for her to go on. We went to Cancun for family trip not a single dime given to me by her mom. I don't even expect her too. But let her go somewhere..dad can I have some money..You going to say no to your daughter

We can agree to disagree, then again I always spent alot on my children.and they definitely cost more as they got older. I also paid for all of their school trips, fees spending money etc. That was the point of them having a working mother and recieving cs from their father.
No I never kicked in for trips they went on with their dad, nor did he kick in for trips they went on with me.

I'm way beyond cs, as a matter of fact I gave up cs to get remarried when I could have kept it till both my kids were done with college.

I've posted in these threads before. I'm not unsympathetic to men who get fukked by cs (my own husband included) I just don't agree with anyone who feels any form of cs should be completely voluntary on the part of the non custodial parent.

Oversight is fine. I can think of 1 chick I know rocking red bottoms and her kid has some pay less shyt. However I believe the oversight should be reasonable

Cs, child custody, visitation, none of that should be used as a tool to harass or harm the other parent. Too often that happens on the part of both custodial and non custodial parents both male and female.

Child care assistance from the state is no where as easy peasy to get as you guys think. Here in texas the wait list is about 2 years, with preference for bilingual households.

Exactly breh. Plus the more time you get the kid the less you have to pay. That's why 50/50 is basically free. I finnessed my shyt to the point I'm claiming him every other year on my taxes so lil buddy pays my child support lol on that return. So instead of 18 years I'm only paying nine because I don't touch that child credit and normally have a broke mf claim him to get that earned income fukk them cacs. That's why it's key to be proactive in all this shyt instead of sitting back trying to be cool with her.then with ya boys like I'm going to kill her.

And when they randomly audit your ass you're going to be paying back all that money you saved
