Street Fighter was released to early. shyt didn't even have all the modes. They overshot the release date like some a$$holes.

I'm just saying a delay doesn't guarantee a "fixed" game.
Plenty of devs are able to release games on time with minimal technical problems.
For Sony it's become habitual for them to delay games and release them still broken/incomplete.
There's something wrong in Sony management that's making them announce release dates way too early. And thats especially problematic seeing how they stared off the generation boasting about how quick and easy development would be for PS4.
Seems they are having trouble matching up reality with their hype department.

This issue has been far more present in third party devs than with Sony. Aside from DriveClub. Name the Sony games that have been botched on released or delayed and still fukked up.
There's not one single Sony published game on PS4 that has not been delayed. NOT ONE.
You yourself already named SF4 as incomplete.
No man's sky released buggy and incomplete.
Bloodborne needed multiple patches to correct bugs and long load times.
Even little big planet was a buggy mess at launch.
Never got the point of pre-ordering video games.I think I'm gonna cancel my preorder after the no man sky tomfoolery

i pre-order through best buy with the gamer's club unlocked to get a discount and 10$ credit. i only pre-order games that i really want.

SF4 isn't Sony. That was Capcom. It was released on both PC and PS4 incomplete. Not sure what happened with No Man's Sky. And while Bloodborne had long load times. The game was Def playable and not a buggy mess. There's a plethora of 3rd party devs that released completely botched games. And that's on all platforms. U can't just zero in on Sony. Everyone has been guilty of this bullshyt this gen.
Given that they are porting unfinished code from ps3 to ps4 I'm not surprised 
I still remember ico on ps2 was actually a port from ps1 of a game they were working on originally called "little devil" ...or something like that.
