Unless you have evidence in that convo of you telling that woman with the heart emoji fetish to slow her roll and she ignored you anyway, you have no way to defend any of this. And even then your woman will ask why you just didn't stop dealing with said friend because she was disrespecting your relationship with the lovey-dovey antics.

Right now as far as she sees it, you've been keeping fish on the line and being entertained by them. If she's overreacting, even if she's projecting because that's what she's done(or would like to do) herself...none of that is going to matter. Unfortunately you may not have been cheating but this situation hit on one of her triggers. That's a major issue she won't be able to just get over. Your best bet is to acknowledge how you triggered her but reiterate, A LOT, how it wasn't the same situation as the other dude

If you really do want to continue this relationship and propose you gotta make her feel comfortable again. You may have to give her your phone and let her read alladat shyt so she has transparency.
