This team never had an identity and they underutilized their best player for the sake of getting everyone involved. They also played with a high school mentality on offense. Their defense was great but unless they were holding teams to under 60 they were going to lose eventually. Offense was

start of the season some UK fanboy was trying to tell me they had a great offense because they were ranked high in points per possession. like they was running crisp sets and draining shots and shyt all the time. shyt was garbage basketball. just happened to be built for the garbage state of affairs thats college hoops these days. low and behold one of the few teams that can run offense knocked them out the tourney, after being taken to the brink by one of the other few teams that had an offense. good stuff

I laughed when I kept hearing all this greatest team of all time talk. Nothing about them was all that impressive to me outside of Towns.

They got to this point undefeated mostly because they were just bigger than everybody else.
