Just because cases that end up with a loss of black life from Cops abusing their power illegally occur lower than X does not make it dismissable; however, I agree with everything else Rocky said. If black life is of the utmost concern than logically speaking the most severe threat to black life should take precedence.

Something tells me he doesn't really want to talk about "black on black" crime, he simply wants to use a point to dismiss the discussion about police brutality among the other issues in the headlines these days. To begin with, "they" only care about discussing the black community when something disastrous happens; guns violence or something else. Other than that where is the concern before it gets to that point. Him and the rest of his phonies can miss me with that disingenuous garbage.
