i was under instruction to do so from a solicitor (lawyer). he said the evidence is strong against me (despite none of this actually happening) and the best chance is in court.
Actually that's the smart thing to do, at least in the US.
Any good lawyer will tell you not to talk to the police. They don't have your best interest in mind, already believe you are guilty and are only there to try to get you to say something incriminating yourself. There's a reason you have the right to remain silent.
If you ever get arrested the only things you should say to the cops are 1. Your name 2. Your address and 3. Your request for legal council.
Anything beyond that go through a lawyer.
yup. the lead investigator who was interviewing me was really trying to get under my skin and she was asking me "why" i did these things. she was speaking as if i was guilty. this kind of arrest looks good on an officers resume, they domt give a fukk about the truth they just want a conviction.

They have no physical evidence. They claim you battered and bruised them. There was a house of 10 CACs and one Black Man.
You mean to tell me even a basic ass lawyer can't defend the fact of what one nikka gonna do against a house of CACs with knives and prolly bats in their house?
The nikkas that go to jail over false charges usually got a couple things in common:
- No network (no fam, friends got their back, no employer to vouch for them that needs them and has a free legal service)
- No education can't articulate themselves well in court or understand the legal implications of what's happening to them
- No money
nikkas take stock of this and:
- Get your paper up
- Be careful of the nikkas and CACs you fukk with and screen them for fukkery before hanging. Don't get in a nikka car or house unless you trust your freedom on that nikka/CAC
- Build a network after you screen nikkas properly. Maintain contact with Black and other peoples. Develop a key skill and barter. When nikkas can't afford to see you in jail they will pay your bail and vouch for you. Be of value to the community by providing essential goods and services. Learn to do tax preparations. Something man. Be a source of (legal) knowledge and hustle.

The CACs, they can't railroad a nikka who is connected and upon which other CACs destiny, happiness and fulfillment partially relies on your activities.
If I got locked up tomorrow my employer would be ass out. The client would be asking for a whole bunch of shyt and they wouldn't be able to make do. My Woman would be distraught (I left her names and numbers of 3 good lawyers I can afford) and my Momma would be down at the precinct with the evening news. My job offers a free legal initial consultation service. Worse comes to worse I can afford to pay about $1k a month for an attorney as long as I stay employed. It will be a stretch but I could manage it until my situation gets resolved. My employer not just gonna drop me as a liability neither because my job is too hard to replace. It is cheaper for them to stand behind me and plus they will attract more talent that way.
What I'm trying to drill into nikkas heads is as a Black Man you got to prepare EVERY day for this day to come. One day some CAC or bytch is gonna try and ruin your life and you GOTSTA have enough cred and equity in your relationships with people to weather that storm. You have to build leverage to be able to withstand the pressure and fight back socially, financially and legally.
