that is literally me. all my friends stayed at the party i was at before i took this other so called friend to his ex girls house party. i have no witnesses, no money for a good solicitor and i just got let go by my job.

When you unemployed you need to keep a low profile in regards to parties and shyt.
A lot of shyt goes down at parties and you need to not put yourself in questionable situations. What if it was someone spiking your drink, you go in for a job interview, all goes well and the drug test comes back negative. Anything could happen.
When I realized I was graduating from college I made sure not to do weed or get into anything that could compromise my chances at a job. I moved back home sucked it up so I could build for the future. Distance yourself from questionable people you can't afford to be fukking around right now. You've got to prove to the courts you are a productive member of society and being unemployed isn't helping. Since you can't get a job at the moment you need to rally all the support you can get.
Send one last earnest message to that "Friend" of yours saying honestly what will happen if you are convicted. Remind him he will be contributing to creating a potential future criminal since you won't be able to obtain employment in the UK or USA if convicted. Make sure he understands the potential consequences and make sure it weighs hard on his conscience (what little that CACs have anyways) and make sure he feels that guilt of ruining your life potentially. But write it earnestly with humility and sobriety - and not with pride or egotism. He seems like a dude thats easily swayed by other people and manipulated. So you have to appeal to his core and sensibilities. Hopefully a sliver of morality in him will motivate him to do the right thing.
