Enlighten me then. Give a opinion on why I'm wrong. Or just stay out the thread. I don't need to understand business. Phil Spencer said their will never be Scorpio exclusives or even different sku's. So Scorpio is just a souped up Xbox One.
the games will be forward and backwards compatible. but they'll look (and might perform) better on the Scorpio. similar to how it is now on PC

although eventually they probably will ditch forward compatibility for some games

What we have we are going to have until Sony pushes something forward.

The Scorpio gives microsoft some wiggle room, technically the "best version" of every game should be the one on that system. So for all those that cared so much about 1080p/60 4k blha blah blah, thats your system.

I get the performance & graphics boost.

Phil Spencer said there will never be a Scorpio exclusive. So still it's just a prettier Xbox One. Gameplay, environments, & AI would be based off the Xbox One tho. And MS is committed to the Scorpio. They are gonna push it for at least 2 or 3 years.

I just don't understand why MS ain't say it's a new system that can play 360, Xbox one & future games that take advantage of the full power of the Scorpio

Stop right there and put the keyboard down, your over thinking this. The bolded is all this is with the neo and scorpio, nothing more nothing less. You can come play in 4k with some other technical upgrades breh. This is just a upgrade like you do for a pc.

Y'all still not getting what im saying. If the Scorpio comes out on November 2017. When do MS release a console that's more than a graphical & performance upgrade?

I see what your saying but nobody has a crystal ball or inside information on the future of ms. Its way to early to jump to the next gen. PC is the next step up and like others have said this gen is going in that direction where you just add a few bells and whistles to keep up with the tech. shyt developers are having a hard time now making games and having them perform adequately
