Dealt with racism on half my jobs from retail to corporate america. I am now working for a black owned firm and the atmosphere is a whole lot better. Although i do plan on going back to school to change fields and i know i will face a whole lot of racism and obstacles but ill do what i have to do to own my own independent business.
