He lived the first 13 years of his life in mostly Harlem. Plus he was a loud, obnoxious, arrogant and flashy nikka, which Harlem nikkas are known for. You can't tell me dude doesn't remind you of cam, dame, Jim Jones, mase, etc. I think he exemplified Harlem more than any other city he lived in.
