Its possible to Overdose on anything, just take 1 more pill than the directed dose.

But i assume you are talking about lethal overdose? Thats a good question, but what exactly would "fail" to cause you to die?

The worst ive gotten is a big headache for taking like 9 pills

We used to do this in high school except we used robatussin. You'd "robotrip" and get sick but probably won't die. Most otc meds will make you throw up long before you die. Not saying it's impossible but not likely

I always forget to take them but when I do, I sleep better. Less fitfully. An old friend used to tell me its just a placebo but I didnt think they would work when I first took them so you'd have to expect it to work in order to be a placebo. They work for me.
