melatonin does nothing for me i never took more than 20 mg tho, i dout you can od on it. I have been dealing with insomnia for 2 years.... i took ambien for a while..... it did me but only for a few hours, so i it.
Im trying klonopin rn, half a pill twice a week doesnt rly help much but i dont want to up the dose

I think melatonin is bs tho, maybe it has some effect on jet lag and stuff but as far as insomnia goes
