Delta is going to have to turn over years of maintenance records and other internal documents to get to that point. Is in there interest to do so?car accidents usually there is some liability. has it came out that this was negligence? idk how people are thinking they are entitled to x$ when they don't even know what happened

$30k after almost dying? The passengers should be able to get about 10x that amount.

i mean i would think they were going to give people a lil something just off gp for their trouble and due to the negative press, and since they probably have insurance anyway. but people start thinking they are entitled to millions or whatever without knowing what happened. yeah delta and the insurance gonna make them prove it. they have all the records there
and it is in their interest to do so because they have a duty to shareholders to maximize profits. they not just giving millions away for no reason, the shareholders would then sue them if they did that.
