1. Anytime a officer is involved with a settlement with the victim, that officer shall be removed from the job and barred from any type of government job in America.

2. Blacks should have their own legal system, which will have cases involving police and blacks.

3. Any cop that doesn't gave their body cam on, shall be suspended for 1 month no pay.

4. If a officer kills or gets into a physical dispute with a black person and their camera off, that officer shall go to jail for minimum of five years.

-A full psych eval from a certified clinical therapist from anow organization independent of the police force.
Any red flags that would get you red flagged for a regular job- anger issues, DUIs, assault, gun charges- you get no chance of becoming a cop. Held to a higher standard, right?

-Any incident that involves physical harm to a potential suspect leads to an indefinite suspension without pay. Until the act is deemed absolutely necessary to subdue a suspect, you stay your ass at home. If you overstep your bounds a 2nd time, you get the ax.

-Also, if you were fired or deemed unfit to work in a different county or whatever, you don't get to go to the next town over full of brown people to get your power trip fix.

Didn't Darren Wilson and the cop who killed Tamir Rice (:pacspit: on them both) move to a different county when they couldn't cut it on the force initially? :patrice:

You can't just make demands and expect the other side to follow them. The world doesn't work like that. If you want your voice heard you need to have political power. To get some political influence you need economic power.

Again, many of our problems would go away if we practiced group economics.
