Taking into account Hayward's injury, I expected them to finish with the second-best record behind the Cavs. They were one of the best performing teams post-Ibaka trade last season, and whatever they lost from Carroll/Tucker/CoJo, I was confident they were gonna replace with CJ/Wright/OG, and the rest of the role players.
