Yes, the line is very good, but you still have to make defenders miss, break tackles, and be on the spot w/ your pass blocking.

I want everyone in this thread to pay close attention to the highlighted. This is the most important aspect. As an OU fan that enjoyed watching both AD and DeMarco wreak havoc, this was of one of the most important aspects of both of their games. Bob Stoops/Cale Gundy DO NOT allow an OU RB to step onto the field unless they can pass block. This and the NFL quality OL are the reasons why OU scored so many points in the Bradford Era. DeMarco and AD are quality dynamic play makers that can do EVERYTHING. Very hard to find.

If you get AD, then it won't be a L, however, if you allow DeMarco to leave, strike out on AD and try to put a Joe Blow in the backfield thinking you'll have the same production, then the Cowboys are about to fukk themselves.

Keep DeMarco or get AD.

Where are the wideouts that can do Dez like things? Its maybe 4/5 so no to that. Maybe Witten now but in his prime was the best blocking and catching Te in the game. Romo a top 10 QB and who the hell really gets rid of,that type of QB before they have to?

Well productive wideous can be found from the top to the bottom of the draft same for QBs...you can find TEs the same way also.....

So just like you can find a RB you can find those other positions.

Do a quick analysis and this is the attitude that has lead the league to shyt on the RB...all the other positions can be late Rd picks and get paid but a RB can't because so many say they are so replaceable.

RBs are needed I hope we see tonight why RBs are still important....And Murray may not deserve as much but you should pay that man besides let's be honest the NFL will cut him as soon as he slows down anyway...No loyalty in the league.

IMO, they have very little time to build. Romo is old and had an amazing season last year. The defense came together with a group of no-name guys. And DeMarco led the NFL in rushing.

Now is not the time to start tinkering.

Would Jerry have legit let Emmitt Smith walk? Hold out, yes. Go away, no. And Emmitt never had a season like DeMarco.

Using your logic you should just pay all cats for their rookie contracts and say fukk em after that. Come on fam that's not even close to real hell nikkas playing franchise on Madden ain't even doing that. Your right that is true....But all positions can be replaced if you feel a player is franchise altering keep him...Besides let's ne honest they all get cut any damn way.

Emmitt had his best years in his early to mid 20s. Demarco had his best YEAR in what is going to be his late 20s. Why people compare Demarco to what Emmitt did I have the slightest idea. First season he played the entire year with no injury and yall expect Dallas to give him 8-10 million a year in today's NFL? The defense came together because they simply stayed their azzes off the field and got turnovers. But there is still a lack of talent on there. Romo had his best year in his career ever. There is always time to build but Dallas will make the same cap mistakes like they did 5 years ago if they give out a huge contract to Murray.
