Vivek clearly is jncompetant but to keep a job like this and allow the mistakes of your owner in turn become the mistakes of you as a gm shows vlade is either spineless and just trying to stay in sac as a puppet or he really is a bad gm. I dont see anything positive of keeping boogie for nothing because once he gets to his last year his value to the organization and as a trade assett is gone because he will be a year older, just as if not more disgruntled, and they have no leverage. I believe he has two or 3 more years on his deal but its getting to the point that they really might be saving uim for there new arena to sell tickets and he probably wont even smile for any promotional pics snd shytting on the club through the media daily
