he played great under Mike Malone...then they fired Mike Malone without even telling boogie...However you are correct that Boogie needs a certain kind of coach to flourish. He has to like the coach and feel like the coach has his back. Coach Cal was great with him.

I'm not trying to give him a pass, the kings entire organization has been a fukking dumpster fire for the entirety of Boogie's experience there. He went from a culture of winning and excellence at kentucky to an organization who drafted Bismack Biyombo at #7 overall (edit: they traded Bismack to the hornets and then used the hornets #10 pick to choose fukkING JIMMER CACCETTE ) and then Thomas Robinson #5 overall AND THEN BEN fukkING MCLEMORE #7 overall the next year and he has played under 5 different coaches in 5 seasons...............the entire organization is a joke and Boogie hates it.
