Iggy was salty Karl outed him as the mole.

Melo was salty Karl said we were a better team without him.

JR is a fukking degenerate, he was probably referring to some thot.

Lawson? y'all can't be serious. :mjlol::dead:

Who would they hire to replace Karl? What coach would want to go to that mess?

co-sign. mitch does not do fair trades. he either rapes you (see Orlando and Memphis) or stays pat.
Marc Gasol is arguably the best center in basketball. Andrew Bynum at the time was a 24 year old all-star who averaged 19/12/2/2 and Mitch also gave up 2 draft picks in that trade.

How the fukk is that rape?

You want to know whats rape? Getting 4 draft picks for a 40 year old Steve Nash. That's rape my friend.

2nd round picks are irrelevant so stop with this 4 picks crap. what we gave up was 2 protected 1s for what was at the time an all-star pg. one of those picks ended up being the #30 overall pick in 2013 which resulted in Nemanja Nedovic. he may become something in the future, but as of now, he's as irrelevant as Nash on the Lakers. we still haven't turned over that second 1st round pick. by all account the 2016 draft is weak and who knows we might make the playoffs next year making that other 1st round pick we have up not that valuable.

I can live with 2 non-lottery 1st round picks going for Nash. if we lost the pick this year, then it woulda been a disaster. but since we kept the pick, its no big deal.

"Asked specifically if coach George Karl has pushed to trade Cousins, Divac replied, “No. We have talked about how we can improve the team, but not discussed anything specifically with (Cousins) even though teams are calling us. I will not be in a position to be pushed around. I don’t know why we are wasting time talking about something that is not going to happen.”

The Sacramento Kings are in full-on crisis mode, with George Karl reportedly recruiting others in the organization to convince owner Vivek Ranadive to trade emoji-tweeting franchise center DeMarcus Cousins. It sure looks like the Kings' lone All-Star and their most important player since Chris Webber has played his last game with the team, despite Ranadive and vice president Vlade Divac publicly proclaiming that he's not going anywhere. Cousins and Karl reportedly haven't spoken since April.

Oh, and then there's this:

Wheeeeeee!

By all accounts, Cousins likes the city of Sacramento. In the summer of 2013, he committed to a contract that would keep him there until the end of the 2017-18 season. That was a big deal then, as he had experienced nothing but losing and could have decided to try to become a free agent as early as possible. There's an alternate reality where he is an unrestricted free agent right now like Detroit Pistons big man Greg Monroe, who was selected two picks after him in the 2010 draft.

Cousins wanted to stay, though, and things were looking up back in November with Michael Malone as the head coach and the team overachieving. You know what's happened since then, though, and it's hard to blame Cousins if he does indeed want out. The Kings fired the one coach he ever truly connected with, and their front office has had no stability whatsoever over the past couple of years. It appears that his relationship with Karl, who signed a four-year contract in February, is way, way beyond repair.

The problem, of course, is leverage. This is an extremely valuable player, but if he wants to be moved and the coach wants him gone, too, then how is the front office supposed to get anything close to equal value now? Unless Sacramento fires Karl three months after bringing him aboard -- can you imagine? -- it is hard to picture a scenario where a disaster is avoided.

I wonder if the Hawks could get dragged into this trade as a facilitator. :patrice:

Horford and Teague going to SAC and getting LA's #2 pick and maybe Collison in return.

Here's some articles to prove that George Karl sucks at managing players:

Not to mention he tried shytting on Dikembe Mutombo in 2001 and Dike owned the Bucks that whole series:

Hold up... The Nash trade is the only real fukk up.

You're judging him on hindsight. At the time all those trades were definitely in the Lakers favor.

Pau trade is self explanatory. We got trophies out of it, they didn't. And Marc + Bynum wasn't going to work.

Getting Dwight out of Bynum and some low picks was a good move. Bynum's knees were ticking time bombs.
