Are you forgetting the ill advised shots Artest took in the final minutes of that very game vs the Suns?

Are you forgetting the costly turnover and dumb shots Artest took in the 4th in game 5 when it was a 1 position game? Just stop.

Every 6 or so months I re-watch those series. Yes Artest had some big plays here and there but he played like garbage most of the time.

You guys only remember the good moments. I remember everything.

Hey where do you watch these games bruh? I've been wanting to watch that 2010 Game 3 vs the Jazz. I still believe that's one of the greatest games I've ever seen.

Oh and I bring it up because that's the game Artest threw away the inbound pass. Although Fish was fouled

i dont follow the nba like i used to, and even still once the season ends im on to other shyt in regards to following/handicapping. can a knowledgeable non kobestan fill me in on why the lakers would try to move clarkson/randle/2 pick for cousins, and how that could be a win for the lakers?

that would be too much IMO as well but maybe the Lakers know they can get LaMarcus Aldridge in free agency. Marc Stein reported we have a good chance to get him. Cousins on the Lakers makes us appealing to major free agents.

as of now, we will have $27 mil in cap space for this summer (this includes the 2 1st round picks salaries and the minimum cap holds). so yes we can offer the full max to aldridge. if we trade for cousins it gets a bit tricky cause he comes with a $15 mil salary. we'd have to move nick young ($5 million) and the #2 pick ($5 million) to have enough cap space to sign aldridge in addition to getting cousins.

its very possible for the Lakers to trade for Cousins AND sign Aldridge in free agency while keeping Randle and Clarkson.

this lineup is possible if the Kings accept the #2 pick for Cousins.

Lakers have made ducktales possible before. they got cp3 for pau/lamar before basketball reasons. and they got dwight for bynum. a team of kobe/cp3/dwight was almost a reality in 2012.

Yeah, I have no idea why people even think this. Artest made some plays for us here and there but he was terrible for the most point; I always felt the Lakers were much better with Ariza at SF. His defense on Pierce was excellent though, but Pierce was already past it by that point; wasn't like he was guarding Lebron for 7 games.
