Once or twice in support rolls, but 4 combat tours? Nah. I have a buddy who did 2 tours in Afghanistan and my brother walked into his house and he had all his guns on the table splayed out and was cleaning them in the dark.

I have friends who were in the military during the height of the war and not one has ever said you know what I really enjoyed spending my 20’s doing? Kicking down doors at 3am and baking in the Iraq sun for hours dodging sniper fire and roadside

You wanna know why he went as a contractor? Because he can make hundreds of thousands of dollars more doing the same job he did as a soldier.
