VA Dems can still win a 8-3 map this November under the current lines.

Yes, Republican members of the Ohio Redistricting Commission and the General Assembly repeatedly ignored or bypassed orders from the Ohio Supreme Court between 2021 and 2023 regarding gerrymandered maps. The Court struck down map proposals 7 times. 5 for state legislative districts and 2 for congressional districts as unconstitutional partisan gerrymanders, but GOP leaders continued to pass similar maps...
