It's been 6 months since the election. And there's no cohesiveness in the DeMIDcrat party on how to move forward.

No platform statement from the party lead.

Insipidness from both the House and Senate minority leads.

The two notable activities (the Abundance agenda and Bernie's Oligarch tour)... No support from the wider party.

The numbers show the shift towards the right, increasing the chance that the election wasn't some aberration, but signs of a long trend. Nothing that indicates the DeMIDcrats are looking to counter.

Even on the trans issue, has there been any clarification (apart from Newsom going on podcasts) on a common sense stance on this?

I don't know how our BlueMAGA contingent finds the strength on the daily to defend this crap :pachaha:

it's not that complicated

-they have to beat the republicans at working class populism. things like the cost of raising a kid, healthcare, and the cost of buying a house. shyt that everyone can relate to, regardless of political background

-they have to admit that republicans get some things right. promoting capitalism, instead of crying about it. acknowledging that americans are tired of crime that affects the middle class, like car theft/breakins. securing the border and keeping illegals out; there are some issues that republicans just beat the democrats on. in every poll.

-they have to drop the weird fakkitry. this party's image is in the fukkin trash with young men, and that's a death signal going forward. it's time to tell the trannies to kick rocks; they bring nothing to the table electorally. women are 50% of the country, these weird deviants are 1% of the country. do the math :snoop:

-if these blue states can't figure out how to stop raping their taxpayers, then people are just gonna keep leaving. TX and FL are making huge gains at the expense of blue states; dems can't spare those electoral votes

It's scary that you're right on the bolded, and it's not completely due to the alt-right manosphere... The party has just had this emasculating feeling for years.

For transgenders, I just don't see the sports issue as a major thing. If you are a man transitioning to a woman, no one has the right to harass you but you can't play in women sports. That kills 99.99% of the legitimate criticism (some people just want to drown transgenders so no point listening to them). The Dems should simply adopt that and pivot conversation back to representing the working class. Because the Republicans aren't

Why all these corrupt centrist that have been in power for decade(s) like him cuomo and Newsome etc try to pretend their do nothing policies isn’t the cause of the rightward shift?

The democrats shouldn’t over-represent LGBT, democrats should fight for their rights to the death but there’s no reason one of Kamala’s most memorable photos in campaign ads was her posing with that male military officer in a skirt. Uber cringe even though I 100% support LGBT.

Most of LGBT wants to be left alone and live a normal life, not be paraded around like some type of trophy pet
