What is the actual position you're characterizing as crashing out? Not cooperating with ICE and giving them access to systems they'll use to overstep their bounds (they have in the wake of Trump deciding to go beyond deporting criminals and illegals in general)?

I personally think if an immigrant is here illegally they should be looked at as to whether they are working hard and positively contributing to society. If they are then they should try to be assisted in becoming a legal citizen and allowed to stay, and I think there's actually a lot of people on the right who would or could agree to this. If they're here committing crimes and being a degenerate then throw them out.
